this multi-room project, the homeowner wanted to recapture the ambience of her
childhood home, with warm tones in the cabinets and pine cone accents for color.
Working with McLeod Construction's in-house designer, appropriate colors and materials
were found to create the desired effect. The floor and walls remained untouched;
however the addition of new cabinets that reach to the ceiling, task under-cabinet
lighting for countertop workspace, fresh paint, and new appliances makes this
20 year old kitchen more functional and a warm gathering place for the family.
In addition, the home's master bath and guest bath received new vanities and sinks.
The original flat mirrors were removed and replaced with new medicine cabinets
for additional storage. |
