Construction was hired to repair water damage to 39 bathrooms at
English Cove Condominiums. These units had a half wall used as part
of the shower partition (construction defect). Our work involved
removing the existing shower areas; repairing water damage to the
framing and flooring; installing new wall and floor tile, shower
doors, and new trim and end caps (stained to existing finishes)
to the existing cabinets. The finished product and design was formulated
by McLeod Construction as a better way to complete the project.
Working with a construction manager and the homeowners association,
we provided clear communication to all parties to ensure the work
was done to completion and everyone's satisfaction.
