McLeod Construction
completed the repair and resurfacing of 88 decks, installing new masonry caps
and flashing details to 250 columns, exterior painting of all 16 buildings, renovation
of the clubhouse bathrooms, including rebuilding both shower areas. Interior
repairs involved disassembling staircases to install proper fire barriers between
garages and living areas, and the repair of staircases and installation of new
carpet and new paint to unit interiors. Coordination
with the homeowners association, construction management company, and property
management company created a team atmosphere where the project was completed on
time and on budget. |
